Manual Tube Puller – 1/4” to 1-1/4” Outer Diameter
Manual Tube Pullers are easy to use and available in sizes ranging from 1/4 to 1-1/4-inch (6.4 – 31.8mm) Outer Diameter. Manual tube pullers only require hand wrenches for insertion and withdrawal and their overall length is kept short to better operate in tight places.
WPP-1500 Tube Puller Spear Type – 1/2” to 1-1/2” Outer Diameter
The WPP-1500 Tube Puller is designed for 1/2 to 1-1/2-inch (12.7 – 38.1mm) Outer Diameter and features a heavy-duty, double-acting hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic return and a 30-ton capacity. A safety relief valve on the cylinder protects against over pressurising. Its quick-acting, cylinder-mounted safety lock provides positive engagement with a notched spear extension. All those connections to the cylinder and pump have quick-disconnect couplings. Maximum operating pressure is 10,000 psi.
Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor – 5/8” to 1-1/4” Outer Diameter
The Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor is designed for 5/8 to 1-1/4-inch (15.9 – 31.8mm) Outer Diameter and allows for quick and efficient removal of tubes from heat. The system is faster than manual tube pulling, saving on time and resources. Minimal training or experience is required to operate the system which features a fast and efficient trigger operation and a gripper that retracts with a spring return, further improving productivity. Featuring a heavy-duty, single-action hydraulic cylinder, this tube extractor offers quick-disconnect couplings and a thermal-protected motor. The system’s 10-foot hose with spring guards and its quick coupler fittings provide for added manoeuvrability. An external pressure relief valve and Gauge monitor the system’s pressure. The Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor is available on a rental basis. This product is only designed for light Gauge tubes with a maximum 1/2-inch diameter tubesheet made of non-ferrous matter.
Pneumatic Vise for Spear Removal – 5/8” to 1-1/2” Outer Diameter
The Pneumatic Vise is available in sizes ranging from 5/8 to 1-1/2-inch (15.9 – 38.1mm) Outer Diameter and offers the most rugged, precision built, completely trouble-free air tool designed to remove spears from tubes. The vise comes complete with two five-foot air hoses, foot control valve with guard, and fittings ready for use. The Pneumatic Vise is 12-inches in length and 6-inches in width and height. Its jaw width is 3-inches and its jaw depth is 2-inches. The vise weighs 24 pounds (10 kilograms) with a maximum operating pressure of 150 pounds (68 kilograms) per square inch. Its gripping force is 15 times airline pressure and its maximum jaw opening (without jaw plates) is 3-inches.
3 Roll Condenser Expanders – 1/4” to 3/8” Outer Diameter
Series 41-A and 44-A Expanders are designed for the manufacture, repair and retubing of condensers with a 1/4 or 3/8-inch tube Outer Diameter. The Series 41-A is designed for 1/4 to 1-inch tubesheets, while the Series 44 is designed for 1 to 3-1/2-inch tubesheets.
All series are provided with 1-inch roll lengths.
3 Roll Condenser Expanders – 1/2” to 1-1/2” Outer Diameter
Series 41-C, 44-C and 47-C Expanders are all designed for the manufacture, repair and retubing of condensers with 1/2 to 1-1/2-inch tube Outer Diameter. The difference is in their reach. The Series 41-C is designed for a 1/2 to 1-1/2-inch tubesheet, the Series 44-C is designed for a 1-1/4 to 6-inch tubesheet and the Series 47-C is designed for a 1-1/4 to 12-inch tubesheet.
All series are provided with 1-1/2-inch roll lengths.

Series 41-D, 44-D and 47-D Expanders are designed for the manufacture, repair and retubing of condensers with 1/2 to 2-1/2-inch tube Outer Diameter. The difference is in their reach. The Series 41-D Expanders are designed for a 1-1/4 to 2-1/4-inch tubesheet, the Series 44-D are designed for a 2 to 6-3/4-inch tubesheet, and the Series 47-D are designed for a 2 to 12-3/4-inch tubesheet.
All series are provided with 2-1/4-inch roll lengths.
4 and 5 Roll Condenser Expanders – 1/2” to 1-1/2” Outer Diameter
Series 72-C and 73-C Expanders are designed for the manufacture, repair and retubing of condensers with 1/2 to 1-1/2-inch tube Outer Diameter. The roll models that are designed for 20 to 23 Gauge also come with a thin Gauge collar. The recess is adjustable with the use of space washers. The thin Gauge collar’s unique design maintains tube end contact throughout expansion. The difference between the 72-C Series and the 73-C Series is in their reach; the 72-C Series has a 1/2 to 1-1/2-inch reach, while the 73-C Series has a 3/4 to 5-1/2-inch reach.
All series are provided with 1-1/2-inch roll length.
