Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor – 5/8” to 1-1/4” Outer Diameter
The Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor is designed for 5/8 to 1-1/4-inch (15.9 – 31.8mm) Outer Diameter and allows for quick and efficient removal of tubes from heat. The system is faster than manual tube pulling, saving on time and resources. Minimal training or experience is required to operate the system which features a fast and efficient trigger operation and a gripper that retracts with a spring return, further improving productivity. Featuring a heavy-duty, single-action hydraulic cylinder, this tube extractor offers quick-disconnect couplings and a thermal-protected motor. The system’s 10-foot hose with spring guards and its quick coupler fittings provide for added manoeuvrability. An external pressure relief valve and Gauge monitor the system’s pressure. The Hydraulic Collet Tube Extractor is available on a rental basis. This product is only designed for light Gauge tubes with a maximum 1/2-inch diameter tubesheet made of non-ferrous matter.
