Air-Driven, Water-Flushing, Drill Type Tube Cleaning Kits — 1/4″ to 1-1/4″ Outer Diameter
Our PG Series or PGX2 Tube Cleaning Systems are designed to clean tubes in heat exchangers, condensers, refinery fixtures, chillers, absorbers, water geaters, coolers, evaporators and other small diameter pressure vessels. It removes heavy deposits as it drills out deposits within clogged tubes. To increase cleaning depth with this system, simply add one of our 5-foot hollow Extension Shafts. Various types of drill bits and brushes are available for different scales. Changing the shaft diameter allows for different sized tubes to be cleaned, using the same motor.

The heavy duty TP-302 Tube Cleaning System cleans out clogged tubes and removes heavy deposits. The Carbide-tipped Type M Cutter Bits literally drill through the heaviest deposits. This kit is very similar to the PG and PGX2 kits, except with 30% more power capacity and for a large outer diameter.
The Blo-Gun Air/Water Actuated Tube Cleaning System offers the fastest available method on the market for cleaning tubes in Heat Exchangers. It can also be used in condensers, chillers, absorbers, water heaters, coolers and other small diameter pressure vessels. Its light weight makes transfer easy and minimises user fatigue. A Blo-Brush or a Blo-Plug is used with this tube. The Blo-Gun is used when light scale can be blown out of the tube, or when hundreds of tubes need to be cleaned per a shift.
The Wils-Away™ 3000 Pneumatic Tube Cleaning System can go anywhere electric motors are not allowed, because it is air-driven. Ideal for removing medium to hard deposits, it also provides forward/reverse drive via remote foot pedal. With the Air-Driven units control of the shaft speed and casing is possible for effective cleaning action.
The Wils-Away™ 4000 Pneumatic Tube Cleaning System can go anywhere electric motors are not allowed because it is air-driven. Ideal for removing medium to hard deposits, it also provides forward/reverse drive via remote foot pedal. With the Air-Driven units you can control the speed of the shaft and casing for effective cleaning action.

Two-Piece Tube Plugs are available in sizes ranging from 5/8 to 3/4-inch (15.9 – 19.1mm) Outer Diameter and come in stainless steel 316 or 314, carbon steel as well as other materials. Two-piece tube plugs are designed for use in condensers and heat exchangers.
The Vacuum Leak Detector (VLD) is a simple test instrument used by manufacturers and users of condensers, heat exchangers and other tubular apparatus to identify leaky tubes from 1/4 to 3-inch (6.4 – 76.2mm) Outer Diameter. With the VLD, one user can seal the far end of a tube with a snap type tube plug by pressing the rubber-coated nozzle into the near end of the tube and depressing the trigger. A steady Gauge reading indicates a good tube, while a falling vacuum indicates a leaky tube. Using a 90 psi dry clean air, a typical tube (1-inch Outer Diameter x 20-Gauge and 20-feet in length) can be tested in 6 to 8 seconds. The VLD weighs 2-1/4 pounds and is equipped with a muffler, providing quiet operation even in confined areas.
One-Piece Tube Plugs are available in sizes ranging from 3/8 to 3-inch (9.5 – 76.2mm) Outer Diameter and are well-suited for use in condensers, heat exchangers and boilers. They come in a variety of materials, including brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, fiber and monel (made to order). One-Piece Tube Plugs are packaged 10 per box, except 1-1/2-inch Outer Diameter or larger tube plugs which are packaged individually. Please note that fiber tube plugs require minimal driving since they tighten as soon as they come into contact with water. It is also important to remember that fiber tube plugs should never be subjected to temperatures exceeding 221°F (105°C).
