Three Roll-Parallel Expanding-Single Flare Roll Type – 1” to 1-3/4” Outer Diameter
The Series 38 Expanders are designed for rolling and flaring in a single operation, provide excellent manoeuvrability and convert to straight-roll expanders. They are suitable for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, superheaters and economizers. They are made of selected chrome nickel alloy steel and treated in automatic electrically controlled furnaces to help ensure the longest possible service life.
Four Roll-Parallel Expanding-Double Flare Roll Type – 2” to 4-1/2” Outer Diameter
The Series 114 are equipped with four expanding rolls and two flaring rolls that are overlapped to prevent ridging. These tools can expand and flare in one operation. They are ideal for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, economisers and air heaters. They can help reduce overall inventory since less equipment is required and more flexibility is offered with the interchangeable rolls and mandrels. They are made of selected chrome nickel alloy steel and treated in automatic electrically controlled furnaces to help ensure the longest possible service life.
Four Roll-Parallel Expanding-Straight Roll Type – 2” to 3” Outer Diameter
The Series 114-S Expander tools allow for non-flaring tube expansion, such as straight expanding before or after the welding process, or in tightening up a leak tube after beading or flaring. The 114-S tools have the same mandrel and rolls as the 114 Flare Tools do. The 114-S Tools are suitable for water tube boilers, fire tube boilers, economisers and air heaters. Their compact design permits use in limited space through small handholes and headers.
Three Roll-Parallel Expanding-Straight Roll Type – 2” to 3-1/2” Outer Diameter
The Series 65 Expanders are specifically designed for ‘deep-reach’ expanding. With their parallel rolling and long, effective roll length, these tools are ideal for ‘touch-up’ rolling in thick tube sheets. With thrust ball bearing collars, these tools offer friction-free operation and long tool life. Rolls are self-retained in a cage and will not fall in or out of the cage when the mandrel is withdrawn from the expander.

Tube Wall Reducer
Build from high impact steel for knocking out tube from tube sheet with pneumatic hammer. Front end maligned as per tube gauge for correct alignment of tool there by facilitating removal of tube without damaging tube sheet.

Collapsing Tool

Push Type Internal Tube Cutter – ATP Series

One Revolution Internal Tube Cutter – OTC Series
These tool is designed for hand operation using ratchet or hand wrench for cutting ferrous and non-ferrous tubes. The cutter bit operates on an eccentric principle with the cutter bit in the closed position insert the cutter in to the tube to be cut. Apply wrench and turn in a clockwise direction. The tool bit will move out and pierce the tube wall. Continued turning and cut the tube off in one revolution. The cutter is then turned counterclockwise slightly to close the bit allowing the cutter to be removed from the tube.
Standard cutter available with 6 inch reach extra long cutter available on request.
