The Blo-Gun Air/Water Actuated Tube Cleaning System offers the fastest available method on the market for cleaning tubes in Heat Exchangers. It can also be used in condensers, chillers, absorbers, water heaters, coolers and other small diameter pressure vessels. Its light weight makes transfer easy and minimises user fatigue. A Blo-Brush or a Blo-Plug is used with this tube. The Blo-Gun is used when light scale can be blown out of the tube, or when hundreds of tubes need to be cleaned per a shift.
The heavy duty TP-302 Tube Cleaning System cleans out clogged tubes and removes heavy deposits. The Carbide-tipped Type M Cutter Bits literally drill through the heaviest deposits. This kit is very similar to the PG and PGX2 kits, except with 30% more power capacity and for a large outer diameter.

Vacuum Cleaners for fire tube boilers include the 2 HP Vacuum Cleaner with Dolly and the 4 HP Mounted 55-Gallon Vacuum Cleaner with Dolly. They collect the soot that is removed from Fire Tube Boilers when they are cleaned. The Vacuum Nozzle fits over the shaft and casing or airline and connects to the vacuum’s hose unit, so the soot being removed from the boiler’s tubes is drawn into the vacuum cleaner.

Model A Cutter Heads and Model B Cutter Heads are designed for cleaning straight or curved 5/8 to 2-1/2-inch Outer Diameter tubes and for removing soft or hard scale of thin to medium thickness.
Soot Brushes are designed for removing soot from 1-1/2 to 4-1/2-inch Outer Diameter tubes in fire tube boilers. The Brushes are made to attach to competing drive units. They are completely interchangeable with Goodway Technology’s Sootamatic with the same 1/4 NPT threads.
Universal Expanding Brushes are made to remove soft or powdery deposits such as rust, chemical precipitates and scale from 1 to 2-inch Outer Diameter. They can clean tubes with radius of approximately 4 times the outer diameter. These brushes are primarily used within the C Motors and ECT Motors for curved tube applications.
Boiler Steel Spiral Brushes are available for cleaning 1/4 to 4-inch Outer Diameter tubes in heat exchangers, condensers and chillers. Remember to match metals; steel brushes are for cleaning ferrous metals
The Expanding Scraper compliments the Expanding Brush and it is recommended for removing soft, wet or gummy deposits, such as mud or marine growth. The Wilson Expanding Scraper cleans tubes from 5/8-inch to 6-1/2-inch Outer Diameter. The blades in the Expanding Scraper do not fill with debris as they do when cleaning soft and gummy deposits with a brush and are quickly replaced as they wear.
The Expanding Brush is ideal for removing light to medium powdery deposits such as rust, scale and chemical precipitates in tubes from 5/8 to 6-1/2-inch Outer Diameter. The Expanding Brush lasts 10 to 20 times longer than conventional brushes providing excellent value. The Expanding Brush is available with steel, stainless steel, bronze or nylon brush bristles.
